Client files containing photographs, specifications, original drawings of buildings, mainly residences, designed and built; topical files include personal materials, speeches and articles, and subject relating to general interest in architectural design, notably the Youtz Unit House design developed during World War II; and various other drawings concerning in part his modular designs, the Youtz Unit System of building, and miscellaneous presentation drawings.
